City of Commerce

Drive an hour outside of Atlanta on I-85 to the city of Commerce, and you'll wonder if you've traveled back in time. Quiet neighborhoods and meticulously restored downtown buildings look much the same as they did many decades ago when they were immortalized in Olive Ann Burns' Cold Sassy Tree. And people still greet you with a wave and a friendly "hello."
